A brand new radio station will help listeners in Oxfordshire to chill and relax.
Digital station JACK 3 says it will be the only local radio station in the county that will be “stress free” and “play an eclectic mix of familiar songs and artists spanning the last 6 decades.”
JACK 3 will offer “largest playlist in local UK radio”. Some of the artists on the playlist include Neil Diamond, Elvis Presley, Linda Ronstadt, The Carpenters, Norah Jones, Stevie Wonder, Chicago, Roxy Music, Paul Simon and Aretha Franklin.
In keeping with its sister stations, JACK 3 will have local news, traffic updates and local events in JACKTIVITIES.
“Oxfordshire has truly embraced JACKfm,” said JACK 3’s CEO, Ian Walker.
“JACK 3 will deliver the most diverse and unique listen and will nicely complement our existing services JACK and JACK2.”
The new digital radio station joins JACKfm in Oxfordshire, Surrey and Portsmouth as well as JACK 2, where listeners can choose the music. Union JACK launched last year on DAB+ across the country, playing music from UK bands and artists. JACK 3 launched on Friday, 12th May.
JACK 3 is also available online at jack3.co.uk and through the new JACK 3 app. A high quality stream will also be provided.
